Mammoth Card - PDF

Steps 1 & 2:
Right click (or control click on a Mac) on the two links above to download the PDFs. Print out all the unicorn pieces and unicorn card on heavy paper, like card stock or construction paper.

If Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, the file should open. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it here.

Step 3:
Cut out the pieces and the base page along the solid black lines.

Step 4:
Fold the base page in half towards you along the dotted line. Crease well and unfold.

Step 5:
Fold the tusk piece (A) in half towards you along the dotted line. Crease well and unfold.

Step 6:
Take the head piece (B) and fold in half along the middle dotted line away from you. Crease well and do not unfold.

Step 7:
Now fold along the "Glue Here 5" (the triangle area) away from you. Unfold..

Step 8:
Next fold along the "Glue Here 5" (the triangle area) towards you. Unfold the entire piece..

Step 9:
Fold the head piece away from you again, stopping half way to PUSH in the "Glue Here 5" triangle area. Finish folding in half. Crease well and unfold..

Step 10:
Now fold the left side tab of the head piece towards you. Crease well and unfold..

Step 11:
Next fold the right side tab of the head piece towards you. Crease well and unfold.

Step 12:
Fold the left ear tab of the head piece towards you. Crease well and unfold.

Step 13:
Fold the right ear tab of the head piece towards you. Crease well and unfold.

Step 14:
Take the tusk piece (A) and place a small amount of glue on "Glue Here 1".

Step 15:
Now take the head piece (B) and line up the left side tab with "Glue Here 1" shape. Press firmly and let dry.

Step 16:
Now place a small amount of glue on "Glue Here 2".

Step 17:
Line up the right tab with "Glue Here 2" shape. Press firmly and let dry..

Step 18:
Next take the base page and place a small amount of glue on "Glue Here 3".

Step 19:
Take the head piece and line up the left ear tab with "Glue Here 3" shape. Make sure the middle line of the head piece and the base page line up. Press firmly and let dry..

Step 20:
Now place a small amount of glue on "Glue Here 4".

Step 21:
Take the right ear flap and line up with "Glue Here 4". Press firmly and let dry.

Step 22:
Place a small amount of glue on "Glue Here 5".

Step 23:
Take the nose piece (C) and place it on "Glue Here 5". The straight edge of the nose piece will line up with the middle line of the head piece. Press firmly and let dry.

Step 24:
Once your pop-up is completely dry, slowly and carefully close it shut.

Step 25:
Open your pop-up and here's your very own Mega Mammoth! Don't forget to color the pop-up with crayons, pencils, or markers!
